When you decide to take part in one of the real estate projects published on Walliance, you invest your money intending to generate a return. In the tab for each new project, you will find the estimated gross ROI or APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of the operation and its expected duration.
The first element (ROI or APR) indicates the estimated expected return, at maturity, by investing your capital in the project.
The second element (duration) indicates the expected time frame for the operation to be completed, starting from the date of actual receipt of all investment transfers.
If the real estate project you invest in ends successfully, upon its completion you will receive the capital you have invested, and the corresponding return generated.
Please keep in mind that in particular cases, the ROI or APR, and duration may vary during the operation.
