How do I earn money if I decide to invest?

How can I earn money by investing in one or more projects on Walliance?

Written by Luce

When you decide to take part in one of the real estate projects published on Walliance, you invest your money intending to generate a return. In the tab for each new project, you will find the estimated gross ROI or APR (Annual Percentage Rate) of the operation and its expected duration.

  1. The first element (ROI or APR) indicates the estimated expected return, at maturity, by investing your capital in the project.

  2. The second element (duration) indicates the expected time frame for the operation to be completed, starting from the date of actual receipt of all investment transfers.

ℹ️ The starting date for the investment duration does not coincide with the date an individual investor made the payment or confirmed the investment, nor does it necessarily coincide with the Finalization of the Offer.

When does my investment start generating a return?

As stated in the Key Investment Information Sheet (KIIS), which you can always find attached in the "Documents" section of each project page, returns begin to accrue once all investments made by investors are confirmed, meaning successfully paid and credited to the restricted Wallet opened by the Project Owner.

What happens if the investment offer is not completed?

If the investment offer you participate in is not completed due to the non-fulfillment of any conditions precedent, your subscribed capital will be fully refunded to your Wallet.

Furthermore, in accordance with the investment offer documentation, a penalty fee will be payable by the Project Owner, equal to the return accrued during the period between the confirmation of the subscribed investment and the return of the capital tied up in the project.

Please keep in mind that in particular cases, the ROI or APR, and duration may vary during the operation.
