Walliance is a digital platform that combines investment and financing opportunities in the real estate and renewable energy sectors, accessible through various financial instruments, including Equity, Lending and Debt crowdfunding.

Aiming at providing solutions to the complexities encountered in such sectors, Walliance was founded in Trentino (Italy) in 2016 and became operational with its first project in September 2017. Walliance was the first equity crowdfunding platform to receive authorization from CONSOB to raise venture capital for real estate projects in Italy. In November 2023, Walliance announced the acquisition of Lymo Finance, the first real estate crowdfunding portal launched in France.

The company also received a specific license to operate as a European crowdfunding portal.

Walliance SIM SpA is the operator of the eponym crowdfunding portal, according to Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
