Walliance is a platform that offers investments in the real estate market through equity and debt crowdfunding, acting as an intermediary between Small and Medium Enterprises that develop real estate projects and individuals, or legal entities, that want to invest in them.

Through Walliance, investors can earn money by investing in real estate projects starting from €500, while SMEs can raise new resources by avoiding resorting - totally or partially - to bank loans, thus reducing their debt exposure and/or freeing up capital that can be allocated to increasing their business volume.

Founded in Trento (Italy) in 2017, Walliance was the first equity crowdfunding platform in Italy to be authorized by Consob to raise venture capital for online real estate projects, and in January 2020 it was the first Italian portal to be authorized in another European country (Walliance France).

Walliance's characteristics also include a strong focus on Corporate Social Responsibility aspects, which are reflected in many areas: a selection of real estate projects assessed according to criteria of sustainability and respect for the environment; a direct commitment in the social sphere through support agreements with associations active in the third sector, in collaboration with Italia non profit; a young and dynamic work team based on diversity and inclusiveness (Walliance has also obtained Great Place to Work certification).
