The new EU Regulation 2020/1503 imposes greater burdens on crowdfunding platforms that have been authorized under the new regulatory regime.

For your account and investments already made, nothing has changed.

The real changes you will find on the platform are all related to regulatory compliance to protect Investors.

At the same time, Walliance decided to implement new technological facilities to improve the Investor experience and ensure the fastest possible procedures for managing their investment.

For this reason, if you already have opened an account on Walliance before November 10, 2023, you will be asked to:

  • read and accept Walliance's new Terms of Use;

  • read and agree to Walliance's new Privacy and Cookie Policy;

  • read and accept the Terms and Conditions of Mangopay SA, which govern the service related to opening and managing your personal Wallet;

  • complete the "Account" > "My Info" with the missing information to update your profile and return to investing immediately.
