Yes, within a certain time limit, you can cancel an investment made with Walliance.

The non-sophisticated investor has the right to revoke the investment, for any reason and without penalty, within 4 calendar days of making the investment or expressing interest in the investment offer, pursuant to Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.

This period is extended for investors qualified as "consumers”, provided that the relevant requirements are met as per the Consumer Code: there is a right of withdrawal (for any reason and without any penalty) lasting 14 calendar days from the subscription of the investment.

You may exercise your withdrawal right within 14 calendar days of subscribing to the investment by sending an email to RW@walliance.eu from the same email address associated with your Walliance account, indicating the details of the investment you wish to cancel.

Investors can also cancel their investment independently, within 4 calendar days of subscription, by clicking on the “Trash” button in the Dashboard of their personal area. The button is visible after logging in and selecting the arrow next to the project name.

If the investment had already been confirmed, the amount paid will be automatically credited back to the investor's personal Mangopay Wallet within a few hours.
