Yes, you can always cancel your investment but within a certain time limit.
Reflection period
Non-sophisticated investor has the right to revoke the investment, for any reason and without any penalty, within 4 calendar days from when they made their investment offer or expression of interest pursuant to Article 22 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503.
In addition, this period is extended for investors qualified as "consumers”, as per the Consumer Code. If the relevant requirements are met, there is a right of withdrawal, for any reason and without any penalty, lasting 14 calendar days from the subscription of the investment order.
How to cancel the investment
The right of withdrawal can be done through an email communication sent to RW@walliance.eu or alternatively through the contact form available under the "Support" > "Get Support" menu.
The right of withdrawal of the order related to the reflection period can be done by an email communication sent to RP@walliance.eu or alternatively through the contact form available in the "Support" > "Get Support" menu.
Alternatively, the investor can cancel the investment independently, within the timeframe provided by the reflection period, by clicking on the "Trash" button within the Dashboard, in the personal area, visible after logging in and clicking on the arrow next to the project name.
Beyond the time periods provided by the reflection period, the "Trash" button will no longer be visible and it will no longer be possible to withdraw the investment.
