Success fee: when does it apply?
With regard to investments, Walliance applies a success fee to the services offered exclusively in cases where the final annualized return is equal to or greater than the estimated annualized return (indicated in the key investment information sheet, or KIIS), as governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Investor Portal. This fee will be applied to the investor on the amount due to them as a refund of the capital invested or financed in a specific project.
When the amounts relating to the capital and the return generated are credited to the investor's Mangopay Wallet, a commission equal to 1% of the amount invested will be automatically applied for users with Standard and Gold Première accounts, while for users with Black Première accounts, the commission will be 0.75%.
Commission discounts may be granted for special investment offers or when specific conditions are met.
Walliance will not apply any fees if the investments proposed on the platform do not produce the financial projections initially estimated and indicated in the Investment Offer.
The Mangopay Wallet
Opening, managing, and topping up the Mangopay Wallet via bank transfer is free of charge for all users. If the investor chooses to top up the Wallet via payment card, fees will apply (visible at the time of the operation and always available for consultation in the General Terms and Conditions of Use of the Investor Portal). In addition, starting December 1, 2025, a fixed fee of €1 will be introduced for each withdrawal of money from the Mangopay Wallet to the investor's bank account.

Directa SIM Indexing Service (not mandatory)
