For each operation, according to Article 23 of Regulation (EU) 2020/1503 and Delegated Regulation (EU) 2022/2119, the Key investment information sheet (KIIS) can be consulted, as well as the Investment Memorandum of the operation, the Business File or Company Profile, the Memorandum of Incorporation, the Declaration of Honorability Requirements, and the Issuer's Curriculum Vitae.
Through the partnerships Walliance has signed with JLL, the Property Outlook is also uploaded for each real estate operation.
Who can access the documents?
Documents related to projects for which a crowdfunding campaign is underway are visible only to those who registered on the platform and logged in. They can be viewed starting 48 hours prior to the launch of the fundraise.
Instead, from the moment the collection closes, and thus investment is no longer possible, project documents are available only to those who have invested in the campaign.
