Mangopay S.A., is a company incorporated under the laws of Luxembourg, with its registered office in Luxembourg, 2 Avenue Amélie, registered under number B173459 in the Luxembourg Trade and Companies Register. It is a company authorized as an electronic money institution by the Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier (so-called CSSF) and holding a "European passport" in several jurisdictions, including Italy, France, and Spain, at which, for each Issuer Company, an unavailable Wallet will be opened to enable the management of payment flows.

Mangopay also provides the service of opening the so-called "Wallet" intended for the user who opens an account with Walliance and completes the validation procedure to invest through the portal.

The Wallet will be used to make and receive payments exclusively in reference to investments made through the Portal by the user, and in any case in compliance with the Mangopay Terms of Use available within the footer of the website.
