The documents related to your investment are:
the order confirmation: a document certifying your investment order and containing instructions for transferring funds to your Mangopay Wallet, in the event that there are insufficient funds to immediately confirm the investment at the time of the transaction;
the investment confirmation (in the case of an Equity investment) or the particular Financing Contract (in the case of a Lending investment): a document confirming the successful outcome of the investment/financing subscription following receipt of the investment order amounts.
Where to download the documents
The order confirmation is sent by email after the investment process has been completed.
Both the order confirmation and the investment confirmation, or the particular Financing Contract, can be downloaded in PDF format from your personal Dashboard by following these steps.
Log in to your personal Dashboard, and from the “Portfolio” section, select the type of investment - choosing from Equity, Lending, Debt, or Advisory.
In the “Investments” section, click on the project for which you need to download the required document.
You can view the project details and download the document you need by clicking the corresponding icon in the “Documents” column. Additionally, for projects currently in progress and/or launched in 2024 or later, you can view complete details of all distributions made, including specific information on the amounts paid, any withholding taxes applied, and any fees charged.
💡 Remember: for Equity crowdfunding investments, the Company Profile of the company in which you have invested, certifying your entry in the shareholders' register with the number of shares you hold, will be available in the "Report" section of the "Communications" area of the project page.
The Chamber of Commerce registration certificate is issued within a maximum of 60 days, but these times may vary depending on how long it takes the Chamber of Commerce to process the application. For more information, contact customer service.
