The documents related to your investment are:
the order confirmation: a document certifying your investment order, containing instructions for finalizing your investment, such as data for arranging the wire in case you have not choose to make the payment directly through your personal Mangopay Wallet;
the investment confirmation (equity and debt) / the financing contract (lending): a document confirming the successful completion of the investment/financing subscription following the receipt of the investment order amounts.
Where to download the documents
Both the order confirmation and the investment confirmation or financing contract are sent by email after the investment process is completed and after the investment order amounts are received and the investment confirmed, respectively.
Both documents can be downloaded any time from your personal Dashboard by following these steps.
Access the Dashboard section of your personal area. Click on the arrow next to the name of the project for which you want to download the document.
Click on the icon corresponding to the specific document you want to download.
💡 Remember: for Equity crowdfunding investments, the Company Profile of the company in which you have invested, certifying your entry in the shareholders' register with the number of shares you hold, will be available in the "Report" section of the "Communications" area of the project page (the document is processed by the Chamber of Commerce within a maximum of 60 days from submission).
