An offer is said to be finalized when the sums invested in a given operation are released and paid to the Project Owner.
This process cannot occur until 14 days after the campaign closing date on the platform. Initially, we verify that investors' payments have been received. Next, we check that any suspensive conditions in the offer have been met. Only after these two key steps can we authorize the financial institution to transfer the collected funds, thus completing the finalization of the offer.
