If you have not made the payment through your Mangopay Wallet, the bank transfer must be made as soon as the investment process on the portal is completed, and no later than 4 calendar days from the subscription date.
Once the bank transfer is arranged to the Issuer's unavailable Mangopay account (whose details are indicated in the "Order Confirmation" generated at the end of the investment process), it will stay "in verification" status for a few days.
If the amount matches your subscribed investment and contains the correct and exact reason, the investment will be confirmed. If you have not yet received confirmation of your investment, don't you worry, it's just a matter of waiting a few days.
Where do I receive the confirmation investment receipt?
The confirmation of your investment will be sent to you by email after a few days, following automatic verification of the amounts received, and will also be visible from your personal area.
