The bank transfer must be made right after you have placed your investment on Walliance (if it is a public holiday or a non-working day the value date to be entered is the one of the first available working day).
Once the transfer to the unavailable current account opened at Banca Finint has been arranged (whose coordinates are indicated in the "Order Confirmation" generated at the end of the investment process), it will remain "in verification" for a few days.
This is because Banca Finint sends us a weekly statement of all transfers that have been received during the previous week. So if you haven't received confirmation of your investment yet, don't worry! You will definitely be on the next list, it's just a matter of waiting a few days.
Where do I receive verification of the transfer?
As soon as the transfer is verified, you will receive an email containing the Investment Confirmation and the investment status will change from 'Under Verification' to 'Confirmed' in your Dashboard.
Remember that all documents regarding your investments will always be available in your personal Dashboard.
