Complete guide to using cashback on Walliance

Written by Lisa

Cashback is an exclusive benefit offered by Walliance as part of specific promotions or marketing campaigns. They can be used to participate in investments on the platform, reducing the amount the investor needs to contribute with their own funds. This guide explains what the cashback is, where to find it, how to use it, and when.

What is cashback

Cashback is a form of virtual credit awarded during time-limited promotions, such as:

  • registration with a promotional code;

  • participation in “invite a friend” campaigns;

  • other dedicated promotional initiatives.

How and when cashback is assigned

The methods and timing of cashback assignment may vary depending on the promotion and the country of residence. Each promotion is subject to specific terms of use: we recommend checking the details of the promotion you joined to verify the requirements, usage limits, and the conditions and timing for cashback assignment.

Where can I see my available cashback

You can check your cashback balance directly in your personal area on Walliance by following these steps:

  1. log into your Walliance account;

  2. go to the personal profile section Account > Services > Promotions;

  3. There you'll find the total amount of your available cashback. You can also view the details of your cashback in the “My Invitations” table.

You will also receive a confirmation email with the details of the credited amount.

How to use cashback

Cashback can be used directly during the investment process:

  • the system will automatically display the available cashback, which will be combined if you have more than one;

  • if you choose your wallet balance as the payment method, and your available balance allows it, the cashback will be automatically applied.

ℹ️ Cashback can only be used to make investments on Walliance via the Wallet, within the specified expiry date. It is neither transferable to other users nor withdrawable as cash.
