Soft Concierge is a personal Whatsapp assistance service offered by Walliance and dedicated exclusively to Première Black account holders, aimed at meeting leisure-related needs, such as assistance with booking restaurants, concert tickets, exhibitions, events and cultural visits.

The Soft Concierge service makes it possible, in particular, to request information about the availability of leisure-related products or services and, only where this does not entail a charge to Walliance, the reservation of the aforementioned, subject to the availability of the services themselves and remaining excluded the anticipation by Walliance of the related costs or the payment of booking deposits or commissions (for example: through the Soft Concierge service it is possible to book a restaurant but it is not possible to request the purchase of an airline ticket).

How does it work?

Soft Concierge is accessible through the WhatsApp Business messaging service at the dedicated number, communicated directly to the Première Black account holder following the activation of their Première account. It is available exclusively on weekdays, from 9:00 am to 6:00 pm (local time - Rome, Italy) in Italian and English.

Soft Concierge is a nominal service. It can be used only by the Première Black account holder through the phone number entered on their Walliance profile. Requests sent to Soft Concierge from any other different number are declined automatically.

If Walliance cannot fulfill a request, it will promptly notify the user - within 60 minutes - through one of the communication channels in use. All responsibility related to the actual and timely delivery of the requested services rests solely with the individual providers, upon whom the availability, quality, and actual and timely delivery of the requested services or products through the Soft Concierge service will depend.

Walliance reserves the right to refuse reservation requests if the user fails to honor his/her reservations three consecutive times, or if he/she violates any cancellation policy or other requirements issued by Walliance and/or providers.

How can Soft Concierge be activated?

Activation of the service occurs at the same time as the activation of a Black account; only for Première Black users activated before June 2023, activation of the service occurs by contacting the Account Manager, who will provide a unique activation link. Any request to deactivate the Soft Concierge service can be made by written communication via email to premiere@walliance.eu, without any charge or penalty.
