A service provided by Walliance for Private and HNWI investors

Première is a service dedicated to investors with large assets (e.g., Private and HNWI) that adds exclusive advantages to investors who meet specific conditions related to the type of investor and portfolio active on the platform. There are two types of Première accounts: Gold and Black.

Conditions to access Première

A user who wants to apply for the activation of a Gold account has to meet the following requirements:

  • he/she has an active investment portfolio of investments on Walliance (i.e., investments in projects that have not yet generated an exit), for an amount of at least € 50,000;

  • he/she provides Walliance with documentation showing that he/she holds a minimum portfolio of financial instruments, including cash deposits, of at least € 100,000 or, alternatively, an annual income of at least € 60,000;

  • he/she invests, subsequently to the activation of the Gold account, a minimum ticket of € 5,000 per project.

A user who wants to apply for the activation of a Black account has to meet the following requirements:

  • he/she has an active investment portfolio of investments on Walliance (i.e., investments in projects that have not yet generated an exit), for an amount of at least € 100,000;

  • he/she provides Walliance with documentation showing that he/she holds a minimum portfolio of financial instruments, including cash deposits, of at least € 500,000; provided Walliance as an alternative to the above with a certification attesting to his/her qualification as a professional investor, as per MiFID II regulations;

  • he/she invests, subsequent to the activation of the Black account, a minimum ticket of €25,000 per project for Walliance Crowd investment offers and €100,000 for Walliance 500 investment offers.

How to request the activation of the Première service?

To request the activation of Première, please visit the dedicated web page and click on the button at the bottom of the page: the investor will be contacted directly by an Account Specialist who will guide him/her through the activation of the service.

The Premiere service is not available in all countries where Walliance operates.
