Standard Support

Our support team is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on non-holiday business days, and can be contacted in 3 different ways:

Response times may vary depending on the volume of requests received, but generally, we reply to messages through chatbot or email within one business day.

Première Assistance

Première accounts, both Gold and Black, can also get in touch with a team member directly via the live chat, without having to go through the chatbot. The support team can be contacted by clicking on the round icon on the bottom right of our website, or in the "Support" section in the app, and is available from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m., Monday to Friday on non-holiday business days.

Black accounts also benefit from the assistance of a dedicated Account Manager, who fully assists the investor in managing his or her profile on Walliance.
