Any investor can give Walliance a free representative Mandate.

This Mandate is intended to assist the investor in being represented in the exercise of his or her right to information vis-à-vis the companies of which he or she has become a shareholder or financier.

Walliance will provide through an appointed person (the "Project Supervisor") to periodically request from Issuers, on at least a quarterly basis, news on the progress of real estate operations and to report what it learns to the mandating investors.

The Project Supervisor is the figure within the Walliance team who is responsible for maintaining direct contact with the developers of all real estate projects submitted to the platform, collecting information on the progress of the current operations assigned to him/her and promptly communicating it to the project investors. For each real estate operation presented on the portal, it is possible to identify the Project Supervisor, assigned directly within the relevant tab in the "Reports" section.

The information collected by the Project Supervisor, along with any communication about the progress of ongoing projects, is available in the following sections:

  • in the "Reports" section, where, in addition to the classic quarterly report, each quarter the Project Supervisor will share the most relevant news on the progress of the real estate operation. He will also update all other areas on a regular and ongoing basis, based on information received from the Issuer Company;

  • in the "Q&A" area, where all project investors can ask direct questions to the Project Supervisor from the time of finalized offer (prior to this time, direct communication remains with the Issuer Company).

N.B. For each investment offer submitted on the portal, just one investor giving a representative mandate to appoint a Project Supervisor will be enough to share updates with all investors involved in the project. The information is collected regularly from the Issuer Company and shared by the Project Supervisor within the "Report" section. In the Q&A area, on the other hand, questions will be managed by the Project Supervisor only if the investor who asked them has mandated Walliance to do so.
