All users registered with Walliance can request deactivation or deletion of their account. What does that mean?
If you request to deactivate your account, you will not receive any further communication from us unless you log in again (by logging in again, your account will be reactivated). Your personal data will remain saved in our systems.
If you request account deletion, all your personal data will be deleted; the action is not reversible.
1. How to deactivate your account
You can deactivate your account from your personal area independently and within minutes.
Access the Account section of your personal area. Click on "Settings" and then on "Preferences”.
Click on "I want to deactivate my account".
The deactivation of your account is immediate: you will receive an email confirming account deactivation.
2. How to delete your account
To request deletion of your account, you must first deactivate it, then send an email with that request to privacy@walliance.eu.
