Enabling the two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Walliance account allows you to further protect it by linking access to two factors: your password, and a code that will be sent to you via SMS to the mobile phone number linked to your profile.

Activating this feature is quick and easy.

  1. 1. Access the Account section of your personal area. Click on "Settings".

  2. 2. Click on "Two-Factor Authentication."

  3. 3. Enable the feature (the button should appear green as shown in the image below). Please verify that the phone number you entered is correct; if not, you can update it by clicking on the "Edit the phone number" button.
