Account Security
To ensure the security of your profile and personal data, it is good practice to periodically update your login password. If more than 6 months have passed since your last update, we recommend accessing your Walliance profile and setting a new one.
For even greater protection, we also recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), which adds an extra layer of security to your account.
How to update your password
Here are the steps to follow.
Access the Account section of your personal area. Click on "Settings".
Enter the new password and confirm your entry.
Password Requirements
Make sure your password is unique, strong, and not used for other online accounts or services, in order to reduce the risk of unauthorized access. Please note that your password must meet the following minimum requirements:
at least 10 characters
at least one uppercase letter
at least one lowercase letter
at least one number
at least one special character among
! . , @ # $ % ^ &.
