Updating your bank account associated with the Wallet will only take a few minutes.

💡 Remember: to activate and use your Mangopay Wallet, the IBAN you enter in your Walliance account must be for a bank account held in your name or jointly in your name. You can change it whenever you want, as long as you are one of the account holders.

How to update your bank account

Here are the steps to follow.

  1. Log in to the Account section of your personal area. You are located on "My Info"

  2. Click on "Bank Account."

  3. Click on “ Modify” and enter the data of your current account or joint account (without spaces) from which you will send the transfer for your investments and to which you will receive the returns. If it is a joint account, it is not necessary to indicate all the account holders, but only your first and last name. Once you have finished entering the data, click on “ Save”.

  4. At this point, a system message will pop up to perform a verification procedure called SCA (Strong Customer Authentication, a reinforced authentication required by European digital payment regulations to increase security in online transactions). To proceed with the verification, click on the “Proceed with verification” button and complete the required steps.

Why do we need your bank account?

If you want to invest with Walliance, your bank account is required to allow you to deposit on and/or withdraw money from your personal Mangopay Wallet whenever you need.
