Projects can have a target amount (minimum) and a maximum amount.
Target amount: this is the minimum goal to be achieved and is stated within the project page.
Maximum amount: each crowdfunding campaign can exceed the target amount and go overfunding, until the predetermined maximum amount is reached.
If a crowdfunding campaign does not reach the Target amount, it cannot be considered valid (unless otherwise agreed with the Issuer Company, which would have to commit to injecting additional equity into the operation). In such a case, the capital already contributed by investors will be returned, without any costs or fees.
