Walliance SpA manages the homonymous crowdfunding portal, in compliance with the CONSOB Regulation on the raising of risk and debt capitals through on-line portals, adopted with resolution no. 18592 on the 26th of June 2013 and updated with the amendments made by resolution no. 20264 on the 6th of February 2020.

Pursuant to regulations, Walliance signed a valid Civil Professional Liability Policy no. BL09000039, issued by Insurer XL INSURANCE COMPANY SE (AXA) effective from midnight on 20 May 2020 (with reference to equity crowdfunding capital raising).

The aggregate ceiling for the period of validity of the same for all pecuniary losses of all policyholders and with regard to the activity of raising risk capital in equity crowdfunding is equal to €80,000.00 per claim and €2,000,000.00 per year, covering the whole world excluding the US and Canada.

The aggregate ceiling for the period of validity for all pecuniary losses of all policyholders, with reference to the collection of loans through bonds or debt financial instruments, in line with regulatory provisions has a sub-limit of €20,000.00 per claim and €1,000,000.00 per year, covering the whole world excluding the US and Canada.

The Insurer will be obliged to pay compensation for pecuniary losses only if: (i) the Deed has occurred for the first time at the retroactivity date or at a later date; (ii) the Deed was committed exclusively in the performance or non-performance of Professional Activities; and (iii) the Compensation Request is filed for the first time by a third party against the Insured during the Policy validity period ("made-over claims" insurance policy) or the Observation Period (where applicable).
