The Data Protection Officer (DPO) is a figure introduced by the Data Protection Regulation (EU Regulation 2016/679) who must observe, assess, and organize the management of the processing of personal data within the company so that it is handled in compliance with national and European privacy regulations.

Given that at least one of the conditions for the designation of a Data Protection Officer (Art. 37 par. 1 EU Regulation 2016/679) is met, following an appropriate cognitive and evaluative activity, it was found that LISA VICENZI, tax code VCNLSI96R60A952G, offers sufficient guarantees about her professional qualities to perform the role of DPO within Walliance.

She was found to possess specialized knowledge of data protection legislation and practices, and is able to fulfill the tasks set forth in Article 39 of EU Regulation 2016/679 (Art. 37 para. 5 EU Regulation 2016/679).

The DPO contact is dpo@walliance.eu.
