Exit refers to the moment when the liquidation to investors of the invested capital and the accrued return or interest rate occurs.

More generally, "exit" is an English term that literally means "exit". In the context of an investment, exit stands for the exit from the investment, which happens in the case of:

  • a disinvestment;

  • a redemption;

  • a liquidation.
