Each campaign always has a structure of this type:
- minimum target
- collection target (the declared one)
- over-funding up to a predetermined maximum amount.
The various amounts of the various targets are visible in the documentation of the various projects. Overfunding is usually used to allow shareholders to participate after reaching the goal.
In the case of overfunding usually, the debt ratio decreases, i.e. the company decreases the loan requested; in other circumstances, the entrepreneur's equity share could decrease.
But in any case, for the investor, the estimated ROI showed, in the event of overfunding, remains unchanged.
