Première is a dedicated service for Private and HNWI investors which adds exclusive advantages to real estate investments available on Walliance, with no commissions or additional costs. There are two types of Première accounts: Gold and Black.

Conditions to access Première

A user resident in Italy or in France may apply for the activation of the Gold account if:

  • he is willing to invest - after activating the Gold account - a minimum ticket of € 10,000 per project;

  • he has an active Investment portfolio on Walliance (i.e. investments in projects that have not yet generated an exit), for an amount of at least € 50,000;

  • he has provided Walliance with a self-declaration declaring he meets the requirements of a "Sophisticated" Investor, with a minimum portfolio of financial instruments, including cash deposits, of at least € 200,000.

A user resident in Italy or in France may apply for activation of the Black account if:

  • he is willing to invest - after activating the Black account, a minimum ticket of € 25,000 per project;

  • he has an active Investment portfolio on Walliance (i.e. investments in projects that have not yet generated an exit), for an amount of at least € 100,000;

  • he has provided Walliance with a certificate issued by an intermediary indicating that he has a minimum portfolio of financial instruments, including cash deposits, of at least € 500,000;

  • he has provided Walliance with a certificate of qualification as a professional investor, as defined by the MiFID II regulation, or, alternatively, as an investor supporting small and medium-sized enterprises, issued by an intermediary.

How to request the activation of the Première service?

To request the activation of Première, please visit the dedicated web page and click on the button at the bottom of the page: the investor will be contacted directly by an Account Specialist who will guide him through the activation of the service.
