Professional Liability Insurance Policy

Walliance has renewed its Professional Liability Policy No. BL09000039, issued by Insurer XL INSURANCE COMPANY SE (AXA), which is valid until 00:00 on May 20, 2025.

The aggregate maximum amount per Policy period, for all pecuniary losses of all Insureds and with respect to Equity crowdfunding venture capital raising activity is € 80,000.00 per claim and € 2,000,000.00 annually, in worldwide coverage excluding USA and Canada.

The aggregate ceiling per validity period for all pecuniary losses of all Insured Persons, with reference to the business of raising finance through bonds or debt financial instruments, in line with regulatory provisions has a sub-limit of € 20,000.00 per claim and € 1,000,000.00 annually, in coverage over the entire world excluding the USA and Canada.

The Insurer will be obligated to pay compensation for Pecuniary Losses only if: (i) the Act first occurred on or after the Retroactive Date; (ii) the Act was committed solely in the performance or non-performance of Professional Activities; and (iii) the Claim is made for the first time by Third Parties against the Insured during the Policy Period ("claims made" insurance formula) or the Observation Period (if applicable).
