Each project provides for the participation of three figures: the company that develops the real estate project, the bank that finances the share-part and the crowd that invests in that same project. The goal is always to share the risks and opportunities that each operation is able to generate.

Each project will have an investment structure in its own right, given the various opportunities in the real estate market. For this reason, in each project board you will find the specifications, even within the documents, of the structure of the single project.
